What Prudential sells in Uganda
Prudential's life insurance page lists Pru Wealth, Pru Legacy, Prudent Life, Pru Farewell (whole life funeral), Pru Investor Plan and Pru Investor Plus, Pru Edusave and Pru EduSavePlus (education), credit assurance and group mortgage protection, group life schemes for 10 or more members, funeral assurance and Hospital Sente hospital cash (up to 10 nights a year), plus bank-sold family protection plans.
Its health insurance page describes group and individual plans and a lump sum paid on detection of major illnesses such as heart attack or cancer. How its education plans compare: education policy in Uganda; medical insurers side by side: health insurance companies in Uganda.
In IRA's Q4 2025 workbook, individual life was 70.4% of Prudential's premium (UGX 165,275.4 million) and health 25.6% (our calculations).
